My name is Mark Lucas. I started working in our Latham store as a Retail Associate in 1992 where I helped many of you directly with your pool and spa needs. In 1995, I graduated from SUNY Albany and was promoted to Retail Store Manager. In 1998, I took on the role of Store Consultant and began handling the computer and software needs of the company.
